Target learners
Adult professionals (L&D, HR, internal trainers, coaches, consultants, people leaders) with mixed familiarity with behavioral assessments. Wiley positions this certification especially for in-house practitioners implementing and scaling Everything DiSC.
Course goal
Enable learners to confidently interpret Everything DiSC results, facilitate impactful learning experiences, build custom solutions using Everything DiSC on Catalyst, and complete Wiley’s certification requirements.
Course objectives (course-level)
By the end, learners will be able to:
- Explain the DiSC model, theory, and key principles in workplace language.
- Interpret Everything DiSC profiles and translate insights into practical behavior shifts.
- Facilitate DiSC learning experiences with strong adult-learning design, inclusive practices, and skilled handling of group dynamics.
- Build custom solutions using the Catalyst experience and the broader Everything DiSC suite (e.g., Workplace, Management, Agile EQ; and newer modules referenced in certification info).
Complete required application projects and pass the exam to earn the official credential.
